Many of the residents of Culbreath Isles enjoy swimming pools, outdoor decks, and private docks, which all serve as perfect places to take in the view or a stunning sunset. Historic Hyde Park
Hyde Park is perhaps one of the most picturesque and quaint neighborhoods in all of South Tampa. Situated in the heart of Tampa, Palma Ceia West is the ideal place to live for those who work in the city, and home prices in the area certainly reflect it. Though you may find a gem for under $1M, most homes in Palma Ceia West fall in the $1M and $2M range.
Bayshore Beautiful
With a reputation for being safe and friendly, Bayshore Beautiful is one the most highly coveted neighborhoods in the Tampa area. Homes date back to the early 1920s, and perhaps Bayshore Beautiful’s greatest appeal is the character that is present community-wide. Bayshore Boulevard sidewalk, one of the neighborhood’s most popular features, is the world’s longest continuous sidewalk. Follow the Boulevard for sightings of the neighborhood's most stunning homes as well as sunset views. Residents are willing to pay anywhere between $1M and $7M to enjoy all that Bayshore Beautiful has to offer, including local boutiques, antique shops, and endless dining options.
