Located on Tampa Bay, Tampa sits along Florida’s Gulf Coast and is undeniably regarded as one of the best places to live not only in Florida, but in all of the southeastern United States. The neighborhood features a cute local grocery store and also happens to be a short trolley ride away from other popular neighborhoods, making it easy to meet up with friends in other areas, even without a car. The median home price in Downtown Tampa is roughly $1.9M, which can largely be attributed to the popularity of the area.
