Located in South Tampa, Melrose Landing is a vintage condo building that dates back to the mid 1920s. Buyers will likely find such desirable features as hardwood floors, but some of the condos have also been recently updated to include such modern additions as stainless steel appliances. This dog and cat friendly building offers some unassigned, surface parking, as well as a landscaped fountain. The building sits conveniently close to area restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is also close to Bayshore Boulevard. 

Box Factory Lofts - 2001 E. 2nd Avenue

Box Factory Lofts is a vintage building that’s located in Tampa’s historic Ybor City District. Bayshore Royal- 2109 Bayshore Blvd.

Bayshore Royal is a high-rise condo building that’s located near the corner of Bayshore and Howard Avenue in Tampa. This vintage building offers an outdoor swimming pool and a laundry room, plus it also has some surface parking available. The individual units also come with private terraces, which tends to be one of the more sought-after features condo buyers want in sunny Florida. The 10-story building was first built in the mid 1920s and contains around 90 condominiums today.
