Burlington Townhomes The nation's largest private homebuilder is bringing another townhome development to Downtown St. Petersburg.

If you haven't already noticed, David Weekley Homes is developing a 24 unit townhome community called Burlington Townhomes, which will sit on the northwest corner of Burlington Ave and 8th St. North.

The new Burlington Townhomes project will have a total of four buildings with six units and two driveways which offer access to the private garages. The individual six units ranging from 1,729-1,941 sq. ft. will all be a spacious three stories each and have two-car garages.

A unique feature of Burlington will be that instead of a common rooftop deck like many newer communities closer to downtown, each unit will have a small, private yard

The Perry St. Pete FLAnother stunning new condo tower with a timeless design has been proposed for Downtown St. Petersburg, this time at 136 4th Avenue NE.
