Tampa Home Sales By ZIP CodeIt’s been a pretty robust year overall for the Tampa area real estate market, but as you might expect, some parts of the Tampa-St. Pete metro area have outperformed others, which was just recently broken down by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Last month, American City Business Journals, the parent company of the Tampa Bay Business Journal, analyzed local home sales data from April 1st to June 30th, only looking at sales from $250,000 and up.

Based on sales volume, the report then ranked the top ZIP codes in the seven-county area, which we’ll quickly summarize.

Not terribly surprising, 33629 (Hillsborough County) saw the most home sales $250,000 and over, 188, with the average sales price being $721,650. Next was 34202 (Bradenton & Lakewood Ranch) in
