It’s certainly not uncommon for luxury condo buildings or complexes to offer residents an assortment of lifestyle amenities that make living at a certain location a bit more desirable on an everyday basis. Features like resort-style swimming pools and on-site fitness centers are relatively common at most upscale condo buildings in Tampa, and it sometimes feels like the newer the building, the better the amenities get.
But just like anything when it comes to real estate, certain buildings offer a much higher level of lifestyle amenities than others, and if enjoying plenty of upscale common features is also a high-priority during your Tampa condo search, here’s our quick list of what buildings might be the best fit for you:
Plaza Harbour Island
In a place like Tampa, the swimming pool setting matters….a lot. And when it comes to an awesome pool atmosphere, it’s hard to top what Plaza Harbour Island features. A true resort-stye swimming area, the heated pool here is expansive, offers plenty of seating, and even a few cabanas to keep you out of the sun on those really hot summer days. Other amenities at Plaza Habour include a gym with a sauna, an outdoor grilling and lounge area, and a full-time front desk and valet staff for maximum convenience.
SkyPoint Condos
Arguably our favorite high-rise condo buildings in Tampa, SkyPoint is top-notch when it comes to luxury lifestyle amenities. Situated on the building’s 8th and 9th floors is where you’ll find the bulk of common area features, which include dual fitness centers with state-of-the-art equipment; a full-size recreation room and resident lounge that features TVs, a theater screen, and a billiards table; outdoor grilling stations and an outdoor kitchen; and a fabulous outdoor swimming pool and hot tub that’s easily resort-style quality. Oh, and did we mention there are also four restaurants on the building’s ground level?
Towers at Channelside
If you think the pool deck at Plaza Harbour Island is over-the-top, wait until you see what’s featured over at Tampa’s Towers at Channelside. Offering a massive pool area that almost feels like something you’d see at a hotel in Vegas or a resort in Mexico, the lifestyle at Towers at Channelside is unlike anything else in town when it comes to the condo life. But along with the resort-style pool, residents here also enjoy an on-site dog-run/pet park, a sprawling clubroom with a pool table, 24-hour security and concierge, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area which you’ll find yourself using quite frequently (trust us).
