When you need the kids to get some energy out, take them to AirHeads Trampoline Arena for a great time. You’ll have a hard time not smiling and jumping away all day in this huge, indoor, family entertainment center.

It’s a room full of trampolines everywhere that appeals to kids and adults alike. It’s located conveniently in Carrollwood on Linebaugh Avenue and they offer lunch to keep the kid’s tummy’s happy during the day. They will be flying high on the trampolines while getting in on the action of dodgeball, volleyball, and basketball. You’ll even find an arcade with prizes!

What’s more fun than a day outdoors enjoying the water? Adventure Island has it all. Take the kids on the next hot day located right across the street from Busch Gardens. It has 30 acres of outdoor fun filled with thrilling waterslides, relaxing cabanas, and so much more.

Parents can stay in the cabana or get on the sand while the kids race down rapid waterslides. No matter what the mood, the whole family can hang together or go off on their own as Adventure Island is fun for all ages. There is even a liquor license adding that option for mom and dad.

Empower Adventures Tampa Bay – 423 Lafayette Blvd, Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve, Oldsmar

If you make a quick trip over to Oldsmar, you won’t regret it. They have a killer zip-lining experience over at Empower Adventures Tampa Bay. It’s the first zip line tour with an adventure park in the Tampa Bay making it a great bonding experience for families.

They get great reviews because the zip line over the open water is quite the experience. You’ll find five zip lines of different lengths and there is also an extreme obstacle course for 3 hours of zip lining that includes free fall, cable traverse, and a Leap of Faith. You’ll even have the option to paddleboard at this facility!
