Seminole Heights
One of the favorites is Seminole Heights, a neighborhood that’s seen a real boost in recent years when it comes to new nightlife and dining options. One of the hottest neighborhoods right now, the area is ripe with opportunity in terms of restaurants, bars and retailers, especially along N Nebraska Avenue and N Florida Avenue.
All of the hip new businesses are certainly attracting younger homeowners, including those lured by the mixed-use space now occupied by some new urban-style lofts. SoHo/Hyde Park
Also known as ‘South Howard Avenue’, the SoHo area makes for an appealing, entertainment area within Hyde Park. From nightlife to upscale restaurants and high-end boutiques, there’s plenty to attract new and first time buyers to the fashionable neighborhood.
One of the hottest areas for young buyers right now, the community is close to downtown, with multiple options to choose from when it comes to multi-family developments, as well as some pricier options in single-family homes. One of Tampa’s most walk-able neighborhoods, Hyde Park has it all when it comes to those in search of a first time home.
