Box Factory Lofts are the perfect combination of old and new, pictured in a new condominium community located in the historic Ybor City, Tampa. In the 1890’s, the building was a factory that manufactured cigar boxes whose design featured many traditional elements reminiscent of the early days of Tampa and Ybor City.

In that period, Tampa was famous for its cigars that were usually packed in outstanding wooden boxes manufactured in this exact same building. As a result, Tampa was often referred to as the cigar capital of the world.
