The nation's largest private homebuilder is bringing another townhome development to Downtown St. Petersburg.
If you haven't already noticed, David Weekley Homes is developing a 24 unit townhome community called Burlington Townhomes, which will sit on the northwest corner of Burlington Ave and 8th St. North.
The new Burlington Townhomes project will have a total of four buildings with six units and two driveways which offer access to the private garages. The individual six units ranging from 1,729-1,941 sq. ft. will all be a spacious three stories each and have two-car garages.
A unique feature of Burlington will be that instead of a common rooftop deck like many newer communities closer to downtown, each unit will have a small, private yard offering customizable outdoor space.
For the two inner buildings in the project, the yards will peak into a landscaped pedestrian walkway, while the outer buildings will have courtyard-style yards. Residents will soon enjoy easygoing living in this vibrant community conveniently located near Central Ave, a cultural hub of St. Pete. Construction has already begun on 8th St North, with the estimated date for completion on the New Burlington Townhomes is sometime in the middle of 2020.
Prices for Burlington Townhomes for sale are expected to be near the mid-500K's.
