South Tampa Homes For Sale With a PoolIt’s about that time of year where all the local schools are finally out for summer vacation and temperatures outside are also getting pretty dang hot to say the least. And although we’re lucky enough to live close to some of the country’s most beautiful beaches, there’s still no easier way to escape the blistering summer heat than to step out into your own backyard and take a nice cool swim in the comfort of your own backyard swimming pool.

Sunset Park Isles

If you’re looking for a quiet residential neighborhood that features a fabulous mix of high-end homes with a swimming pool, look no further than South Tampa’s Sunset Park Isles. Tree-lined streets, plenty of upgraded and updated single-family residences, and plenty of options with private docks and access to the bay in many instances all make Sunset Park one of the premier places to live in all of Tampa right now.

Palm Ceia

Located on opposite side of South Tampa is one-and-only Palma Ceia neighborhood—a place that's both one of the more sought-after locations for today's home buyers to consider, and also the perfect place to begin searching South Tampa homes for sale with a pool. Thanks to high demand, chances are you may not find the kind of inventory here as in other parts of South Tampa; but if you're lucky enough to find something that fits all your needs and wants, which of course includes a swimming pool, our best advice is to act fast.

Parkland Estates

Parkland Estates is easily one of our favorite neighborhoods in all of South Tampa. Nearly all of its tree-lined streets are quiet and pedestrian-friendly, and despite many Parkland Estates homes for sale being older historic homes, many have been updated to include all the best modern finishes and features, which of course means having a sweet backyard with a swimming pool.
