Another high-profile condo development in Tampa is now officially taking reservations. Called Hyde Park House, this ultra-impressive luxury condo tower is from West Palm Beach-based Kolter Group—the same developers behind the new Saltaire condo tower and One St. Petersburg, both in downtown St. Pete.
Hyde Park House will be Kolter’s first project in Tampa but their portfolio throughout Florida is quite extensive. Along with the two St. Petersburg developments mentioned above, Kolter has also developed 100 Las Olas in Ft. Lauderdale, 5000 N. Ocean in Palm Beach, Water Club in North Palm Beach, and Mark Sarasota and The Ritz Carlton Residences in nearby Sarasota.
Look for Hyde Park House condos for sale to start in the $900,000s and feature two and three-bedroom condominiums with dens. Unit sizes will fall between 2,080 and 3,280 square feet and plans also call for three 4-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom penthouses with around 4,900 square feet.
