Negotiation Skills: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Allow me to start off by saying I typically don't write reviews because I hold people to very high expectations and more often than not they fail to live up to them. In this case, I actually insisted on writing Mike Grizzell a review because he managed to exceed my expectations in every way. Mike is very knowledgeable, very responsive (usually emailing me back in under 30 minutes), and a great negotiator. When my wife and I were trying to buy our home the seller originally refused to entertain a financing offer, but Mike was able to work his magic and we just closed on it last week. I could keep going on and on about how talented and knowledgeable Mike is about real estate, but the bottom-line is from my perspective his professional competency was absolutely flawless. The above qualities make for a fantastic realtor, but even more importantly I think Mike is actually trustworthy. I'm not sure how many people would admit it, but I believe there is at least to some extent an inherit conflict of interest between the realtor and the client in this business. I've been jaded by a few bad experiences working with realtors in the past so I've learned to test them at the earliest opportunity to see just how honest they are. So far, Mike's the only realtor I've ever worked with that I actually think is trustworthy. Needless to say, I'd recommend Mike to anyone and I plan on working with him as long as I live in the Tampa Bay Area.

After being contacted by at least 6 realtors I went with Mike because he is very responsive and didn't get annoyed with my first time homebuyer questions. I purchased a beautiful condo in a fantastic location :) We were able to go under contract the same day I saw it which was great because my lease was up and I was losing hope.
