Short Sale. Home needs TLC: At least a portion of the roof needs to be replaced. There was a hole left in the roof when a plumbing vent was cut in and then moved. This allowed water intrusion. The result of the leak was rotten wood and mold in the attic and damaged drywall in the 3rd bathroom. Replace air handler due to poor workmanship and mold. Air handler needs to be re-ducted, insulate drain line, install u/v light to kill mold, install hard-start kit to assist start up. Besides that there are settlement cracks that need to be addressed and damage to many interior walls, doors, and baseboards as well as exterior doors and glass caused by multiple Rottweilers that live in the house.
