The fourth bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and boasts its own private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, the private pool invites you to relax and soak in the Florida sunshine. Enjoy family and friends with an outdoor dining experience in the serene nature. Experience the best of Wellen Park Wellen Park's downtown area, also known as Downtown Wellen, is designed to be a vibrant hub of activity, blending retail, dining, entertainment, and outdoor experiences. Here’s what you can expect to find: A variety of dining options including casual eateries, upscale restaurants, and cozy cafes. Many restaurants feature outdoor seating with scenic views of Wellen Park's natural beauty. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge. Golf and Pro Shop is available year-round. The Tiki Bar, pickle ball and tennis courts will be ready in August, the fitness center will be available in September and the community club pool will be ready in November.
