Derek Jeter gets to enjoy seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two 3-car garages, and two boat lifts at his $7.7 million property in Tampa Bay. Plus, he has incredible views, a swimming pool, and even owns a second home in Avila neighborhood.
Matt Geiger – NBA Star
You may have heard of former NBA star Matt Geiger who is one big name that has found a home here in the Tampa Bay area. Although he is no longer the owner of this beautiful Tarpon Springs property, it’s no wonder that he decided to purchase this huge estate when he did. It’s actually one of the most grandiose properties in the Bay area, containing 28,000 square feet of space which consists of a 5,200 square foot guesthouse and 7,200 square foot patio.

Another Davis Island home owner is Vinny Lecavalier, Stanley Cup winner and star of the Bolts, with his $2.45 million home in the same area as Jeter. He enjoys just under 8,000 square feet of space in this luxury home featuring six bedrooms, seven baths, and a two-story on the canal. He also gets to enjoy a boat dock, pool, and spa in this home, as well as a second home being a $365,000 condo in Davis Islands.

Along with these huge sports figures, you’re also likely to spot Terry Gene Bolea, better known as Hulk Hogan, in the Belleair area. NFL coaches, Tony Dungy and John Gruden are located in Tampa, along with pro tennis players Martina Navratilova, Jennifer Capriati, and Monica Seles.
