There’s no doubt that Tampa contains some incredible historic homes. If you’re looking for a historic home under $500,000, we have several suggestions on where to search.
Seminole Heights
Found in Central Tampa, Seminole Heights is home to a number of bungalows dating back to the early 20th century. Boosted in recent years by several new businesses and restaurants, property values are on the upswing throughout the area, yet it’s still possible to purchase a home for less than $500,000.
Palma Ceia
Another option for home buyers is Palma Ceia. The neighborhood also contains many restored bungalows, with these dating back to mid-century designs in a desirable setting.
Virginia Park
Found in South Tampa, the upscale community of Virginia Park enjoys a number of historic homes situated along tree-lined streets. While there are some pricier, newer construction designs in Virginia Park, the neighborhood still maintains an impressive collection of mid-century ranches, many at a price point still less than $500,000.
