Despite the new sales center only being open for a couple weeks now, reports have surfaced that claim more than half of the 71 units at the Virage Bayshore condo tower have already been reserved, even with ground breaking still several months away.
A joint-venture from Ascentia Development Group and Batson-Cook Development Co., Virage Bayshore is easily Tampa’s hottest new condo development to hit the market in recent memory, especially given one of the building’s most expensive units is among those already sold.
According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, reservations at Virage Bayshore require buyers to put 10% of the purchase price down immediately, and another 20% due when construction officials begins, which isn’t expected to happen until something this fall.
Industry experts projected early sales to be strong for Virage Bayshore given Tampa’s low supply of condos and the lack of any new constriction for roughly the last 10 years. But with over 50% of the building essentially already sold months before construction begins, demand for condos in Tampa appears to be stronger than it’s ever been.
Luxury condo residences at Virage Bayshore all feature three bedrooms, a small den, and 3.5 bathrooms, while penthouse floor plans include an extra bedroom with one floor plan feature four full-size suites and 5,424 square feet of total living area. Inside, units will feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevator entrances, and plenty of high-end finishes to fill out the space.
Luxury lifestyle amenities at Virage Bayshore include 24 hour concierge, a shared club/entertainment room, a state-of-the-art wellness center, an infinity pool and sun deck, and of course on-site private parking.
Look for condos for sale at Virage Bayshore to price somewhere between $1 and $5 million.
