Even if you can afford the fanciest date night, sometimes, you just want to keep things simple. However, other times, you want to throw around a bit of cash and enjoy some of the finer things in life. Here's a look at a few of the best ways you can celebrate any occasion, even just a Tuesday, with a fun, unique date in Tampa.
Live Music
If you love music, there are a ton of great choices throughout the city. Whether you want to catch a world-renown act or you prefer something local, you can find the perfect venue.
Some of the top venues offering a VIP experience include:

- MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre
- Amalie Arena
All three provide great VIP choices ranging from a few hundred to more than one-thousand dollars. However, if you want your date to meet the top acts, this is the best way to go about it. You'll enjoy backstage benefits, great seats and so much more.
Of course, you don't have to break the bank to enjoy plenty of great live music. There are several other music venues with small cover charges of $10 to $20. Some of the top places to check out for live music include:

In addition, the free Rock the Park concert is held the first Thursday every month. You can also enjoy the Safety Harbor Third Friday, which provides plenty of live music and food vendors.

Maybe you want to enjoy the sunshine Tampa is known for with your date. Heading out for an outdoor date may include many different activities in the Tampa area. Enjoy Tampa Bay Sailing Tours, the Giraffe Ranch, TopGolf Tampa or iFly Tampa. All provide a great activity, even though a couple of these are not completely outdoors. You'll spend between $60 and $180 per person or maybe a bit more, but it will certainly be worth it.
When you don't want to spend quite as much, you can head to Lettuce Lake Park, Brooker Creek Preserve or the Suncoast Primate Sanctuary. All three allow you in for a small fee and provide plenty of outdoor fun. You can also hop on the Pirate Water Taxi or the Cross Bay Ferry for a small price.
Along with these great choices for a day, you can catch a comedian at the Tampa Improve or one of the other venues in the area. Some of the other top spots to go for a unique date in Tampa include:
