Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa is busting with new construction condo projects so we thought this might be the perfect time to take another look at a few as we approach the busy fall season. So if it's a new, luxury condo you're after during your Tampa home search, here's one more look at a few different projects to consider.
The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary, located on Tampa's iconic Bayshore Blvd and adjacent to Fred Ball Park, is a premier condominium tower that is designed to impress. Above all, The Sanctuary condos provide residents with penthouse-style living on every level and is currently the only high-rise in Tampa to offer the exclusivity of owning an entire floor of the building. Construction began in March, and as of July, the project is on schedule. This development defines an opulent lifestyle, and once completed it will be a 17-story gem only 10 minutes from downtown Tampa. Photos of the project's progress are available on the Sanctuary website.
Hyde Park House
Hyde Park House will be the site of a residential tower that will eventually rise 22 stories high. Inside will feature 70 elegant units, and the building will also be in one of the most sought-after locations in all of Tampa. Future residents of Hyde Park House will enjoy a waterfront amenity plaza featuring a resort style pool, spa, covered summer kitchen with grilling area, gym, and social room for large parties. Expect condos for sale at Hyde Park House to be at an absolute premium with its walk-able waterfront location on famed Bayshore Blvd. As of July, the project is still pre-construction with the breaking of ground hopefully happening soon.
Altura Bayshore
Altura Bayshore is a towering vision from a prominent developer in Naples. When finished, Altura Bayshore will include 73 units across 22 stories, with views facing both sunrise and sunset. Condos inside Altura Bayshore will range from 2,176 to 3,575 square feet, with pricing from the lower $1 million range up to $2.9 million. The plan calls for a massive rooftop complete with a swimming pool, cabanas, seating, and more. For now, that's about all we have on Altura Bayshore but stay tuned for continued updates on the progress of this one-of-a-kind project.
