Riverwalk Place Condos Tampa More information has been released about one of Tampa’s highest profile residential developments, Riverwalk Place. According to a report from the Tampa Business Journal, specific details about pricing and various floor plans have been unveiled, and reservations on available condos could be accepted as early as next month.

The price per square foot inside the new Riverwalk Place condo tower ranges from the low $500s all the way up to $639, which is right at the top of Tampa’s luxury condo market.

Per the report, six different floor plans are broken down as follows:
